Syllabus Packs - reloaded

We've finally finished filming the Blue, Purple and Brown belt syllabus!

Now future syllabus packs will contain two DVDs covering all the belts from White to Brown. (We decided that Black belt will keep it's air of mystery - and besides, a grading can take 2 hours which would fill a third disk).

As promised, anyone who bought a syllabus pack in the past will get the second DVD free.

If you're happy to download the syllabus from the website or use use the ones provided by the club, then you can buy just the two DVDs for £10.

Syllabus Pack

I purchased a copy of the Syllabus pack DVD on Friday and wanted to say thank you to Sensi's Geoff, Darren, Jason and everybody involved. I can see alot of hardwork (and heavy falls;) have gone into making the dvd.

I am finding the dvd helpful thus far, is particually useful the way it is broken down into specific techniques and also really handy that you can pause at any given time to study the positioning and correct techniques required.

Kata?

Any new pages people might like to add either email me or better still, post them here so we can all chat about it.

I think photos of Kata might be useful - we should all know the novice kata of blocks as a minimum, and the black belt kata should be there too as it's part of the syllabus.
