Shenley Jujitsu Club

After many years of training Sam has gained her black belt (Sho Dan Ho). She started in the juniors at the age of 12 and has attended the club longer than anyone else including the instructors.

During the grading she demonstrated her previous syllabus from white to brown, first aid, anatomy, kata and nearly 100 different throws, locks, and escapes. As you can see from the photo taken afterwards, it was a tough grading, but Sam made it all the way through with no breaks.

Shihan Player, 8th Dan, was very pleased with her grading, as were the other Shenley senseis. I was especially proud to see her pass after all the hard work she has put in.
