This is the last date to register for the course and competition at Southend
A course in the morning and a competition in the afternoon. Last year both Toms did very well wining Silver and Gold in Sparring and Random Attacks. The competition is open to all regardless of belt and age, so everyone at the club is able to take part. I'd recommend everyone going even if only for the course in the morning taught by 7th, 8th and 9th Dans from the UK and Europe.

It's that time again - grading day. This time it will be on Friday the 26th of March in the Gym. It will start at 19:00 and should end around 20:30, depending on how quickly we get through everyone. We may well pick your Ukis for you, to help speed up the grading process, so make sure you can work with everyone else in the club.
It will be a free training session for anyone not grading, so do come along anyway.
Over the next few sessions we will look to see who is ready to grade.
The cost is £10 and please remember to bring along your red Budo pass books either on the day or to any earlier session.
The club will be closed over the Easter holidays, specifically the 2nd and the 5th of April.
